Zhan Xingtian is an assistant researcher at the Health Policy Research and Evaluation Center of Renmin University of China and a doctoral student in the School of Public Administration and Policy of Renmin University of China. He is engaged in research on health economics and health policies. He has traveled to Guangdong, Yunnan, Henan, Hunan and other places for research and participated in a number of international and national major projects.
